Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Actively engage in goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales team members.
  • Client Relationships: Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a partnership approach.
  • Reporting: Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Sales Director or Project Director position, with a proven track record of success.
  • Relationship Building: Experience in building strong relationships with clients and delivering presentations to clients.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £70,000- £75,000
  • Uncapped Bonus: Uncapped bonus and/or share ownership scheme for the ideal candidate.
