About Us: Venus Recruitment Limited is a leading recruitment agency seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team.
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Manager to drive business growth and identify new opportunities through warm calls. This role is based in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, perfect for a positive, driven, and experienced individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to identify potential clients and prospects via telephone, and record all relevant information in our internal CRM system.
- Track and Manage Sales Cycles: Effectively track every opportunity through the entire sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with partners.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, demonstrating a high-level understanding of our services and company portfolio.
- Meet Key Objectives and Targets: Work closely with our Managing Director to achieve key objectives, KPIs, and targets, driving business growth and success.
