At Media Assembly, we are looking for a Senior Media Activation Leader to spearhead the development of strategic media initiatives for a prominent global beauty brand.

This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional who can craft, implement, and refine media strategies that align with our client's marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust digital acumen, strategic insight, and a comprehensive understanding of digital media landscapes, tools, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide visionary leadership and motivation for your team, including both direct and indirect reports.
  • Ensure quality control in daily operations and adherence to established processes within your team.
  • Champion compliance and stewardship across various markets, ensuring alignment with approved protocols and governance.
  • Guide the team in identifying key audience segments and selecting the most effective media channels for engagement.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the role and attribution of channels within the broader marketing framework, staying updated on platform developments and promoting integration with senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee the execution of digital media campaigns across multiple channels, including search, social, display, video, and programmatic.
  • Manage budget allocations effectively, ensuring that the Centre of Excellence operates within financial parameters for digital campaigns.
  • Act as the strategic lead for clients, establishing frameworks that meet their KPIs and business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of delivery from the central activation team and local teams, including best practices, campaign structures, planning, management, reporting, and attribution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact across global markets, taking ultimate responsibility for all implemented initiatives.
  • Foster relationships with external agencies, media vendors, and technology partners.
  • Act as an internal authority on emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities across specialized channels and new platforms.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of digital media channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Be technically proficient in Google Analytics 4, and have expertise in paid social and search ad management platforms, with up-to-date certifications.
  • Show a proven history of developing and executing successful media campaigns.
  • Have beneficial experience or knowledge in managing digital marketing activities across additional channels (e.g., Programmatic, Display, SEO).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
