Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement public relations and social media strategies to support commercial objectives and reinforce the company's purpose.
- Manage and maintain the company's global social media presence, including content planning and delivery, to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Develop and implement internal communication activities to build connection with the company's purpose and reinforce the product message.
- Proactively manage agency partners to deliver business successes and ensure a strong return on investment.
- Anticipate and prepare for product-related issues to enable rapid and effective responses.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the commercial environment, with a focus on strategic communications and public relations.
