Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at the Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial plans to drive revenue growth and maximize hotel performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute commercial plans to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with the hotel General Manager, Sales Effectiveness Director, and Revenue team to align strategies and tactics
- Utilize market intelligence to develop strategic plans and ensure hotel competitiveness
- Work closely with the senior management team to upskill the team and maximize revenue opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a Sales Supervisor/Manager capacity, preferably within the hospitality industry. Previous experience of Account Management is desired but not essential. You will be able to comfortably discuss business performance and make informed decisions/recommendations at a senior level.
