About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Candidate Source - TEAM. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers within the shop, selling parts & accessories, and provide a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Inventory Management: Receive deliveries, check goods received, and report damages/shortages to suppliers.
  • Order Fulfillment: Book out and pick stock items for customer orders and workshop jobs.
  • Communication: Liaise with Service Reception/Workshop and keep work areas clean, tidy, and free from hazards.
  • Purchasing: Liaise with the shop department/workshop for purchasing requirements.
Requirements
  • Practical Experience: A good practical, multi-skilled background with experience in Customer Sales/Service/Retail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Superb attention to detail and a tidy & organized mentality.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude and approach to life, with the ability to work as part of a friendly team.
  • Pro-Active: A pro-active, highly motivated, driven individual, who takes immense pride in their work and the ability to use their own initiative.
