Job Summary
We are seeking confident and driven individuals to join our Field Sales Representatives team as Acquisition Sales Representatives. As the face of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for residents delivering excellent service and selling our products to bring new customers to Virgin Media O2.
About the Role
As an Acquisition Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and selling our products to new customers
- Working in a target-driven environment to meet sales targets
- Building relationships with residents and promoting our brand
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A UK driving license with no more than 8 points
- Individuals who enjoy spending time outdoors
- A positive, winning attitude
- The self-motivation to hit agreed sales targets, the ability to think on your feet when handling objections, and the resilience to deal with rejections
What We Offer
As an Acquisition Sales Representative with Virgin Media O2, you will receive:
- A basic salary of £25,000 (pro-rata for part-time positions)
- Car allowance: pro-rata for part-time employees
- 25 days' annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off, to treat yourself (pro-rata)
