Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing logistical support to our medical and security services, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of emergency response operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dynamic Case Management: Oversee the fair distribution of cases and initial calls, ensuring timely and effective response to client needs.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with the Operations Director on projects that drive business growth, enhance our global network, and optimize our services.
  • Global Network Development: Strengthen relationships with international providers, identify service gaps, and introduce new, reliable partners to our network.
  • Team Leadership: Support, develop, and manage a team of coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Client and Provider Engagement: Serve as a compassionate and professional liaison for clients, representing Specialist Rescue Group at embassies, consulates, and business events.
Requirements:
  • Skills and Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Desirable: Experience in coordinating emergency extraction, evacuation, and repatriation operations, as well as a deep understanding of the logistics of repatriation of mortal remains worldwide.
  • Other Requirements: Candidates must pass security vetting, be willing to travel occasionally within the UK and internationally, and possess professional presentation and ambassadorial skills.
