We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Liaison Practitioner to join our team at Aspect Healthcare. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people and their families who are experiencing mental health crises.
Key Responsibilities- Provide crisis intervention and support to young people and their families in a variety of settings, including hospitals, community centers, and online.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety planning to ensure the well-being of young people.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, families, and community stakeholders.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a qualified mental health practitioner.
- Experience as a care coordinator or in a similar role.
- CAMHS experience or crisis care experience.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to young people.
- Current NMC registration.
- A competitive hourly rate of £26-£39.
