Job Title: Clinical Psychologist - Early Intervention in Psychosis

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in the PATH (Psychosis: Prevention, Assessment and Treatment in Hertfordshire) Service. This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals experiencing a first episode of psychosis in Hertfordshire.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist psychological assessment and treatment to clients across various care settings.
  • Develop and implement recovery-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative approaches to care planning, assessment, therapy, supervision, and consultation.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve individual goals and improve mental health outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Doctoral/Masters level training in clinical/counselling psychology, including specific models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics, and lifespan developmental psychology.
  • Current registration with the HCPC and adherence to BPS/HCPC/BABCP professional standards.
  • Experience working with individuals with psychosis, including relevant training in CBT for Psychosis and/or Family Intervention.
