Position Overview - QHSE Strategic Partner
Are you a seasoned HSE professional with a wealth of experience?

In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for Quality, Health, Safety, Information Security, and Environmental matters.

Your responsibilities will include the development and enhancement of essential business processes, ensuring adherence to both internal and external regulations, as well as industry standards.

Through ongoing evaluation, you will maintain the QHSE management framework, ensuring it aligns with corporate policies and legal requirements.

This position may require travel to various client locations across the country.

Additionally, occasional travel to our regional headquarters may be necessary, with all travel expenses reimbursed.

You will foster collaboration among stakeholders to secure support for improvements in QHSE processes at both European and Global levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on business process effectiveness, QHSE incidents, and escalation procedures.
  • Collaborate with management and team members to uphold QHSE standards, address challenges, and identify non-conformities early.
  • Oversee competency evaluations, training, and documentation for large-scale initiatives.
  • Develop and implement new standards, processes, and procedures, or enhance existing ones using change management techniques.
  • Engage stakeholders to build consensus and secure support for QHSE process enhancements.
  • Review Survey Plans to ensure SHE considerations are adequately addressed.
  • Contribute to project planning by integrating relevant SHE components.
  • Assist in the development of Project Risk Registers from a QHSE viewpoint.

Compliance with CDM Regulations:
Experience in QHSE is preferred, particularly within a technical project environment collaborating with major contractors in the utility construction or instrumentation automation sectors.
  • Proven experience in leading teams in this domain.
  • Experience conducting audits to verify compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree with over 10 years of relevant experience in a technical/process setting, or an academic degree with over 5 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent certification.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking.
  • Expertise in Auditing and Compliance Management.
  • This position offers a permanent contract with a standard work schedule, although flexibility may be required to accommodate business needs.
