  • Ensure the precision of period-end financial closures by lending business expertise to the financial control team and reviewing final outputs.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Partner, complemented by relevant accounting qualifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
  • Familiarity with manufacturing accounting, variance analysis, plant operations, and the management of multiple projects.
  • Ability to identify and articulate business cases for new opportunities, along with the capability to develop planning models and implementation strategies in collaboration with senior management.
  • Experience in the deployment and utilization of financial dashboards and analysis tools, including Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Strong representation skills to bridge finance with business operations and vice versa.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
  • Understanding of CAPEX investment evaluations.
