About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Bruin. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business success through effective people strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Guidance: Provide expert HR guidance and support to senior leaders and management teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Develop and deliver tailored talent management plans that drive performance, engagement, and organizational success.
  • Workforce Planning: Lead initiatives in workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement to ensure a high-performing workforce.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment law and best HR practices to minimize risk and ensure a positive employee experience.
  • HR Team Development: Mentor and coach the HR team to enhance overall service delivery and support the growth of the department.
  • HR Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and strategy, driving business outcomes and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role, with a strong track record of driving business success through people strategies.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and experience partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • HR Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
