  • Adhere to internal processes while striving for continuous improvement.
  • Respond flexibly to requests for management information (MI) support.
  • Handle organisational structure changes within the HR system.
  • Prepare and deliver documentation and reports for various audiences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with HR systems, particularly iTrent.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae, data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR systems, particularly SAP Success Factors.
  • Understanding of systems for Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.

Skills:

  • High level of accuracy with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider HR team.
  • Strong communication skills for managing relationships at all levels.
