About the Role

Element Materials Technology is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving the sector people plan in conjunction with Divisional and Group plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Talent Development: Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes within the business unit, including performance management, people development, recruitment, and Employee relations activity.
  • Business Partnership: Educate and develop People Managers in all aspects of people management to ensure consistent and effective practices are in place and to enhance the employee experience.
  • Organizational Development: Build a strong business partnership relationship within the business unit leadership and drive succession planning for key talent and key strategic roles.
  • Change Management: Assess the organisational structure of the sector and facilitate change, supporting merger and acquisition activity, including people due diligence and integration.
Requirements
  • Good, general education
  • HR related qualification is advantageous
  • Proven experience in Human Resources Management
  • Project Management and Change Management skills
  • Effective communication and influencing skills
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to manage a challenging workload across a geographically diverse sector
  • Self-starter with ability work on your own initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing challenging and conflicting priorities
  • MS office skills at a good standard level of competence
  • Full, clean Driving Licence is essential for this role as travel will be required
