About the Role:
Cromwell Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Practitioner - Anaesthetics ODP/RGN to join our team in our main adult theatre. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist consultants during all surgical procedures, providing support and expertise as required.
- Prepare patients for clinical and operative procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Provide immediate post-operative care, monitoring patients' condition and responding to any changes or concerns.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Requirements:
- Relevant ODP/Anaesthetic Nurse qualification (HCPC/ADULT RGN)
- Post-registration experience within Anaesthetics
- Ability to deliver high standards of care, prioritizing patient safety and well-being
