About the Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to create a welcoming environment for our residents. This may involve guiding prospective students and their families through our facilities or assisting current residents with various inquiries. You may be tasked with logging maintenance requests, addressing health and safety concerns, organizing community events, or managing tenant issues with empathy and professionalism. Each day presents new challenges, but you will be part of a supportive community that values teamwork and collaboration.
