About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at Client Server. As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our proprietary trading systems built with C#.Net.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 3rd line support for our trading systems, including front office order management and decision-making tools, and back office trade reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with software developers, testers, and BAs to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Work closely with 3rd party data providers to resolve issues and improve data quality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to internal users.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Application Support experience, preferably in a Fixed Income or trading environment.
  • Strong technical skills with SQL, PowerShell, and/or Python scripting.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Degree educated in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline.
