Application Support Specialist

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team at Client Server. As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our proprietary trading systems built with C#.Net, from front office order management and decision-making tools through to back office trade reconciliations.

About the Role:

  • You will provide 3rd line support to our engineering team, collaborating with software developers, testers, and BAs, as well as 3rd party data providers.
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our trading systems.
  • You will work closely with our global team to provide 24/7 support to internal users across the globe.

Requirements:

  • You have commercial Application Support experience, ideally within a Fixed Income or any other trading environment.
  • You have strong technical skills with SQL, PowerShell, and/or Python scripting.
  • You have a good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • You have strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • You are collaborative and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are degree educated, Computer Science or similar technical discipline.
