About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at RecruitMe. As a key member of our business operations team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and ensuring the highest level of customer experience is delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Success Leadership: Lead the customer success team to ensure effective performance and delivery of customer experience.
  2. Data Analysis: Source, interpret, and analyze departmental data from our CRM system to inform business decisions and drive customer success.
  3. Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and supportive working culture within the office operational team, promoting a friendly and collaborative environment.
  4. Decision Making: Make key decisions quickly and effectively to deliver unrivalled customer service and drive business growth.
  5. Team Coordination: Lead the customer success team to coordinate with our engineering team to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of required works, meeting industry set guidelines on response times and internal KPIs.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main contact within the customer success team for both internal departments and external stakeholders.
  7. Leadership by Example: Lead by example within the office operational team, promoting a positive and supportive working culture.
  8. Industry Expertise: Possess a background of working within the fire and security industry, with a strong understanding of industry set guidelines and best practices.
  9. Continuous Development: Commit to continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
