The Role:
We are in search of a proactive and meticulous Recruitment Coordination Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this capacity, you will oversee recruitment initiatives, ensuring that each phase of the process is executed with precision and professionalism. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader and other essential stakeholders to attract and secure high-caliber talent while upholding our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate recruitment initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies, service level agreements, and key performance indicators. Engage proactively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Work alongside the HR team to identify and implement enhancements to recruitment processes, promoting efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure all recruitment materials and communications are accurate, consistent, and professional. Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events aimed at attracting potential candidates.

About The Bedford College Group

The Bedford College Group was established in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College, now recognized as the largest educational provider in the South East Midlands, serving over 15,000 students annually.

The Group comprises a network of colleges across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, including Bedford College, Central Bedfordshire College, and Tresham College, as well as specialized institutions and community-based Learning Centres that enhance accessibility to education and training.
