The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to become a vital part of our HR team. In this position, you will oversee recruitment initiatives, ensuring that each phase of the process is executed with professionalism and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Team Leader and other essential stakeholders to attract and secure high-caliber talent while upholding our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate recruitment efforts, ensuring compliance with policies, service level agreements, and key performance indicators. Actively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Work in partnership with the HR team to identify and implement enhancements to recruitment processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure all recruitment documentation and communications are precise, consistent, and professional. Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment events aimed at attracting prospective candidates. About You:

The Bedford College Group was established in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College, becoming the largest educational provider in the South East Midlands, serving over 15,000 students annually.
Today, the Group comprises a network of colleges across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, including Bedford College, Central Bedfordshire College, and Tresham College, along with specialized institutions and community-based Learning Centres that offer IT training.
