HR Administrator-Part-Time

A great Interim, Part-Time HR Administration job, 17-20 hours per week, 6 months, within a leisure organisation dedicated to providing exceptional services and experience to the community. My client is currently undergoing a re-structure process and is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their HR team on an interim, part-time basis to support this transition.Key Responsibilities:
Create redundancy letters and other related documentation.Attend redundancy consultation meetings as a note-taker.Assist with re-deployment and recruitment processes.Advertise job roles and screen CVs.Arrange and coordinate interviews.Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Requirements: Proven experience in HR administration, particularly in handling redundancy processes.Excellent organisational skills.The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software. What We Offer: A supportive and dynamic work environment.Flexible working hours, 17-20 hours per week, 3 days per week.
