As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in delivering some of the most significant projects in the UK. Your responsibilities will span various sectors, including retail, healthcare, energy, commercial real estate, education, and public services. Collaborating with our senior management team, you will lead multidisciplinary groups focused on excellence. Your insights and leadership will be valued as we support your ongoing professional growth and career advancement.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage in multiple projects across diverse sectors, providing a comprehensive range of building surveying services.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments, develop specifications, secure estimates, obtain necessary approvals, and manage contracts for renovation projects.
  • Utilize standard building contract forms, such as JCT and NEC.
  • Demonstrate expertise in building surveying professional services.
  • Guide and mentor junior Building Surveyors through the APC program.
  • Understand quality, safety, and environmental principles in project management.
  • Assist senior managers with daily operations.
  • Oversee junior Building Surveyors.
  • Perform surveys, inspections, and schedules, providing professional services and managing projects in the South-West Region.

  • Qualifications - a B.Sc. (Hons) in Building Surveying or a related field accredited by RICS is essential, along with chartered status being highly desirable. You should possess solid technical surveying knowledge and substantial experience in building surveying, as well as proficiency in drafting technical documents, including bids.
