As a Building Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in our Project & Programme Services team, engaging in some of the most thrilling and prestigious projects globally. You will thrive in our collaborative environment, where your contributions are valued equally as we strive for excellence together.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Building Surveyor, you will collaborate with a team and gain exposure to various surveying projects:
- Assisting in the creation of work scopes and design documentation, including drawings.
- Participating in project planning and execution.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of construction technologies and building services.
- Attending design and construction stage meetings.
- Collaborating on large-scale survey projects.
- Helping prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or project benchmarking data.
- Working closely with senior colleagues to ensure timely delivery of technical outputs to client specifications.
- Conducting site visits independently to perform accurate surveys as needed.
- Managing your workload effectively.
- Engaging in all aspects of the agreed training plan.
- Currently pursuing chartership or recently qualified as an MRICS Building Surveyor.
- Commitment to uphold the values of positivity, professionalism, and collaboration at AtkinsRéalis.
- Drive and self-motivation to pursue further industry qualifications and continuously enhance technical and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to the established training plan and objectives.
