Our client, a reputable independent property firm, is seeking a Lettings Manager to enhance their dynamic team based in Tunbridge Wells.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Lettings Team to expand and elevate the current Lettings operations through the acquisition of New Letting Instructions.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator eager to advance their career, with a passion for business development.
You should possess a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor, a proven track record in the Lettings sector, and the ability to secure new business. A strong aptitude for listing properties and building client relationships, along with a deep understanding of customer service, is essential.
Key Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings
- Extensive experience in listings and valuations
- Exceptional sales skills
- High standard of customer service
- Positive telephone manner and attitude
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-driven
- Local knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells area is crucial
- Full driving license and car ownership required
