Our client, a prominent independent property firm, is seeking a Lettings Manager to enhance their dynamic team at the Tunbridge Wells office.
Your role will involve collaborating with the Lettings Team to expand and cultivate the current Lettings portfolio through the acquisition of New Letting Instructions.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Senior Lettings Negotiator aspiring to elevate their career, with a passion for business development.
You should possess a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor, a proven track record in the Lettings sector, and the ability to secure new business opportunities. A strong aptitude for listing properties and building client relationships, along with a deep understanding of customer service, is essential.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential Lettings
- Extensive experience in Listings and Valuations
- Exceptional sales skills
- High level of customer service expertise
- Positive telephone communication and attitude
- Well-groomed, ambitious, and self-driven
- Familiarity with the Tunbridge Wells area is crucial
- Possession of a Full Driving License and vehicle is required
- Professional approach to Estate Agency
