Position Overview: We are seeking to hire 4 x Bilingual Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team in a supportive contact centre atmosphere on a temporary to permanent basis.

Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient in both Dutch and English.

Work Structure: This is not a remote position. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, starting from 16 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with travel bookings and inquiries through various communication channels including phone, email, chat, and other online platforms to meet customer needs.
  • Deliver exceptional and professional customer service and sales experiences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer and client inquiries, requests, orders, and complaints.
  • Proactively reach out to current and prospective customers to promote additional products.
  • Identify and recommend suitable products or services to customers through effective cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
  • Work hours will be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., including weekends, following a rota pattern of 5 days out of 7.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluency in both English and Dutch is essential.
  • Possess a pleasant telephone demeanor with a clear speaking voice.
  • Exhibit outstanding communication abilities.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to engage effectively with customers.
  • Show excellent data entry skills.
  • Ability to collaborate well within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts in the contact centre, including evenings and weekends; part-time hours available up to 16 hours and full-time up to 35 hours.
