Our ideal candidate will be responsible for the following key objectives:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive counterparty network strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Design and implement a robust counterparty governance structure to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and ongoing management as the company scales.
  • Implement a comprehensive system to track and organize all counterparty engagements in alignment with OKR dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive system for managing counterparty engagements, including the creation of the company's/PML deck, a library of responses to common bank questions, agreed-upon data points, and necessary documents/policies.
  • Partner with the Marketing department to create a regular and meaningful communication that will provide the business with an update on counterparty network activity.
  • Lead counterparty expansion by analyzing and leveraging unutilized capabilities, ensuring buy-in from key stakeholders to drive initiatives.

  • Ensuring the efficient management and ongoing development of the trade/credit risk area as the company continues to scale.

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in FX & payments.
  • Highly organized and confident in managing multiple projects, with a keen eye for detail and ability to challenge in pursuit of the right way forward for the company.

  • A strong ethical compass and sound understanding of regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidence.
