Counterparty Network Specialist

Fintech-Rec Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counterparty Network Executive to join our growing team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape the future of our client's business by building and managing a robust counterparty network.
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients meet the highest standards for counterparty management. Your passion for process improvement and understanding of regulatory compliance will be instrumental in driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive counterparty governance framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and ongoing management as the company scales.
- Manage the entire counterparty lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, including risk assessment, due diligence reviews, and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain a centralized system for tracking and organizing all counterparty engagements, including documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure seamless integration of counterparty management processes.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory developments related to counterparty risk management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in a fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of counterparty risk management principles and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
