About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Counterparty Network Strategist to join our team at Fintech-Rec Group Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in leading our counterparty network efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive counterparty network strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including counterparties, clients, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of counterparty network initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with counterparty relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FX and payments industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful counterparty network strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
