Job Description

Optima Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to our Sales Account Managers across the UK. This is a varied role that requires a strong work ethic and ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses to sales inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Manage sales-related documents, including tender responses, presentations, and sales reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with sales teams, project managers, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Event Planning: Assist with coordinating and sourcing client entertainment and events, ensuring a positive and professional experience for clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions, including sales calls, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key metrics and trends.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on sales support and customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience in CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, project managers, and external partners to achieve shared goals.
