Gemaco Group is a leading provider of branded merchandise solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for servicing new and existing customers with enquiries and orders. This will involve generating presentations and ideas, requesting visuals, raising quotations, and placing orders internally with our production department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers
  • Liaise with the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Develop and present ideas to customers
  • Progress orders from receipt to delivery
  • Arrange logistics and transportation
  • Organize product visuals and marketing materials
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Update customer records in our CRM system
  • Proactively contact customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of administration experience
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail
