Sales Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to our Sales Account Managers across the UK, based at our head office in High Wycombe.
This is a varied role and key duties include:
- Receiving and forwarding sales calls to relevant sales contacts within the business.
- Managing the sales enquiries email inbox, keeping track of enquiries and updating company databases.
- Coordinating tender responses internally in accordance with deadlines, working alongside the relevant Account Manager.
- Creating, updating templates for NDA, PQQ, tender and interview documentation.
- Managing the sales teams' presentations.
- Setting up, copying, scanning and storing documents, ensuring internal databases are updated as required.
- Reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date.
- Assisting with coordinating and sourcing of client entertainment and events.
- Liaising with and distributing project-related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties.
- Attending sales meetings when required.
- Managing CPD bookings.
- Conducting sales research from industry publications, online posts, etc. and feeding potential leads to sales teams.
- Handling sample requests in conjunction with the factory.
- Producing and maintaining a file of drawings from recently completed projects.
- Providing reception cover in the absence of the receptionist.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), experience with CRM systems, and be confident in producing reports and using Excel.
Experience in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher, is essential. AutoCAD experience would be an advantage but not essential.
In order to succeed, you will need to be positive, confident, and able to quickly establish working relationships with a variety of people.
