Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to: Divisional Sales Director
Job Purpose: To provide administrative support to the Sales Teams at Aylesbury, ensuring the smooth operation of sales-related activities.
Main Duties:
- Manage Sales Enquiries: Receive and forward sales calls to relevant sales contacts, maintaining accurate records and updating the company database.
- Coordinate Tender Responses: Assist in the preparation and submission of tender responses, working closely with Account Managers to meet deadlines.
- Presentation Management: Create and manage sales teams' presentations, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
- Document Management: Set up, copy, scan, and store documents, maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases as required.
- Record Keeping: Review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing as necessary to ensure they are current.
- Team Liaison: Liaise with and distribute project-related information to all levels of the project team and external parties.
- Sales Meetings: Attend sales meetings as required, providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Barbour ABI Updates: Assist the sales team with updates to the Barbour ABI system.
- Osca Reports: Produce Osca reports for management and sales teams, providing valuable insights and data.
- Sales Research: Conduct sales research from industry sources, identifying potential leads and feeding them to the sales teams.
- Portal Management: Manage online portals, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
- Project File Management: Maintain a file of drawings from recently completed projects, sharing relevant information with the sales team.
