About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment. As a Marketing Executive - Shopper Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative shopper marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating impactful shopper activation plans to drive engagement in-store for major grocery accounts.
- Manage smaller retailer accounts and channels, including Convenience and the Ireland business.
- Work with customers and deliver evaluations and reporting for each account.
- Oversee temporary and permanent POS and display equipment to empower Field Sales teams and enhance brand presence in-store.
- Collaborate on strategic projects aimed at driving in-store activation and standout for the brand.
- Actively participate in sales, marketing forums, trade shows, and sampling events as needed.
- Engage with creative agencies and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery while aligning closely with key account stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Robust shopper, customer, trade or brand marketing experience gained in a leading FMCG environment, ideally with experience in eCommerce shopper campaigns too.
- Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment.
- Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills.
