Shopper Marketing Executive

Join a leading FMCG food manufacturer and take your next step in your career as a Shopper Marketing Executive. This exciting opportunity will see you working on a brand with a presence in markets across the world, driving awareness and engagement through innovative in-store marketing campaigns, display and on-line activity.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in creating impactful shopper activation plans to drive engagement in-store for major grocery accounts.
- Manage smaller retailer accounts and channels, including Convenience and the Ireland business.
- Oversee temporary and permanent POS and display equipment to empower Field Sales teams and enhance brand presence in-store.
- Collaborate on strategic projects aimed at driving in-store activation and standout for the brand.
- Support the team with admin and budget management, including tracking and reporting.
- Actively participate in sales, marketing forums, trade shows, and sampling events as needed.
- Engage with creative agencies and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery while aligning closely with key account stakeholders.
- Robust shopper, customer, trade or brand marketing experience gained in a leading FMCG environment, ideally with experience in eCommerce shopper campaigns too.
- Understanding of the full shopper Journey touchpoints.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Commercial savvy and a good grasp of the grocery retail environment.
- Excellent communication and project management/organisational skills.
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude and drive for achievement.
- Confident and capable of operating at all levels – a good team player.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- A proactive learner with the ability to build relationships and promote a shopper-first approach across the business.
