About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Brand Marketing Manager to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive product growth and brand consistency.

With a strong background in brand management and marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and product innovations. Your expertise in shopper marketing and retail partner strategies will be invaluable in maximizing brand profile and encouraging participation.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage marketing communications to retail partners to drive brand growth and engagement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions and strategies.
  3. Analyse and report on brand performance to inform data-driven decisions and optimize ROI.
  4. Stay up-to-date with retail partner strategies and channels to implement effective shopper marketing activities.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years' experience in brand management or marketing within FMCG.
  2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing.
