Job Title: Sales Client Support

Key Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Sales Client Support professional to join our Kings Security team. As a key member of our Corporate Account & Sales Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administration support, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with key customer and supplier contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, liaising directly via email and telephone.
  • Maintain relationships with key customer and supplier contacts.
  • Update database and keep information up to date.
  • Manage Client Portal.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting customer service and account profitability.
  • Liaise with various departments within the business to create reports on timescales, deadlines, and cost for the customer.
  • Chase Installation and Service departments to ensure jobs are complete within timeframes and Customer SLAs.
  • Liaise with Customer Service department to aid in resolving any invoice queries.
  • Ensure all service agreements are met.
  • Assist Installation team by preparing Installation packs for key customers.
  • Maintain contact with relevant contact points within client organizations.
  • Ensure processes and regulations used in the business are continually updated and adhered to.
  • Perform weekly and quarterly analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Manage and work closely with the Corporate Account team.
  • Provide monthly information to the CAD show deliver performance and targets objectives in terms of sales KPIs, debtors, SLA, and URN status.
  • Implement and act in accordance with the organization's information security policies.
  • Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference.
  • Implement particular security processes or activities as requested by management.
  • Report security events or potential events or other security risks to the organization.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Administration role.
  • Being proficient, analytical, self-motivated, energetic, and positive.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Organized and good planning skills.
  • Confident.
  • Being credible, persuasive, and tenacious.
  • Flexible.
