Business Support Officer

Job Summary: Brook Street is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support their team in Lichfield. This is a temporary role with the possibility of extension, working 37 hours a week, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide business management administration for the business services team, including updating trackers, data entry, and email management.
- Review invoices and liaise with external providers to issue and resolve invoices.
- Assist with data analysis and presentation using Excel, with some training provided.
- Liaise with stakeholders of all levels within the organization, requiring strong communication skills.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated, confident, and highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Strong administration experience, with a good working knowledge of Excel.
- General knowledge of MS applications, including SharePoint.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 60% onsite and 40% home working.
Clearance Requirements: This role will require a higher clearance, which may take up to 8 weeks to complete. Please only apply for this role if you are able to wait for the clearance to process and a later start date.
