Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Brook Street. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide business management administration for our business services team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the business services team, including data entry, email management, and task tracking.
  • Review and process invoices, liaising with external providers as necessary.
  • Assist with data analysis and presentation using Excel, with some training provided.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Brook Street offers a competitive hourly rate and a supportive work environment. This is a temporary role with the possibility of extension, and we are looking for someone who is able to commit to the full duration of the contract.
