Your new role involves providing administrative support to the business, working closely with the sales and accounts functions. Key tasks include:

  • Processing sales orders
  • Delivering excellent customer service by handling external suppliers and customer queries
  • Making outbound calls to resolve issues and ensure suppliers and customers have relevant information
  • Answering calls, monitoring email inboxes, handling mail
  • General office administration
  • Liaising with sales and accounts teams

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have strong administration experience and be confident in working in a fast-paced role and busy organisation. The role requires excellent attention to detail, an inquisitive nature, and fantastic customer service skills. IT literacy is important for this role as well as confidence using Excel and systems.

What you'll get in return

You will be working with a successful organisation, in a people-oriented team. The salary is up to £24,000 per annum, with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
