Job Summary:
MERITUS is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team as a Desktop Engineer. As a key member of our helpdesk engineering team, you will provide internal support to employees and external support to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line desktop support to Windows technologies, including Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10/11.
- Work via an ITIL-based ticketing system to agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex server issues.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line support of Windows desktop infrastructure, including Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows 10/11.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server.
- Experience working within a ticketing system and adhering to SLAs.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
