Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Fulcrum Infrastructure Management Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and executing marketing activities to drive sales of accommodation at the University of Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing and communication campaigns to engage existing University of Hertfordshire students and drive sales of accommodation.
- Produce promotional materials, both physical and digital, to maximize social media engagement and drive sales.
- Organize and host events to promote accommodation and engage with students.
- Report directly to the CEO and work independently to achieve marketing objectives.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager who has a track record of contributing to organizational objectives. You will have a post-A-level qualification or degree in marketing or a similar business discipline and have experience working in a small or standalone in-house marketing function.
