Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Fulcrum Infrastructure Management Limited. As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and executing marketing activities to ensure sales of accommodation, exceeding customer and client-focused targets within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing and communication campaigns to engage existing University of Hertfordshire students to remain or return to campus residences.
- Produce promotional materials, both physical and digital, to drive sales and maximize social media engagement.
- Arrange and host events to promote accommodation services and build relationships with students and clients.
- Report directly to the CEO and work independently to achieve marketing objectives.
- Post A-level qualification or degree in marketing or a similar business discipline.
- Experience working in a small or standalone in-house marketing function, either at manager level or as an experienced coordinator/marketing executive.
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of activities directly contributing to organizational objectives.
- Confidence to speak and host events, and enjoy organizing social events.
