Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Fulcrum Infrastructure Management Limited.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, where you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
You will be working closely with our CEO and other senior management team members to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and to develop and execute marketing campaigns that engage existing customers and attract new ones.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, and will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the marketing and sales landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth
- Work closely with the CEO and senior management team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new ones
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, and make recommendations for improvement
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
- Deep understanding of the marketing and sales landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
