Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Fulcrum Infrastructure Management Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and executing marketing activities to drive sales of accommodation, exceeding customer and client-focused targets within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing and communication campaigns to engage existing University of Hertfordshire students to remain or return to campus residences.
- Produce promotional materials, both physical and digital, to drive sales and maximize social media engagement.
- Arrange and host events to promote our accommodation services.
- Report directly to the CEO and work independently to achieve marketing objectives.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with a track record of delivering results-driven marketing campaigns. You will have a post-A-level qualification or degree in marketing or a similar business discipline and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
