Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Fulcrum Infrastructure Management Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication campaigns to drive sales of accommodation at the University of Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, deliver, and execute marketing activities to exceed customer and client-focused targets within a regulated environment.
- Develop and implement marketing and communication campaigns to engage existing University of Hertfordshire students to remain or return to campus residences.
- Produce promotional materials, both physical and digital, to maximize social media engagement and arrange and host events.
- Report directly to the CEO and work independently to achieve marketing objectives.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager who has a track record of contributing to organizational objectives. You will have a post-A-level qualification or degree in marketing or a similar business discipline and enjoy organizing social events. You will also have the confidence to speak and host events as required.
