Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Fulcrum Infrastructure Management Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication campaigns to drive sales of accommodation at the University of Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to engage existing University of Hertfordshire students and drive sales of accommodation.
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and events.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the company and with the university client to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, university staff, and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
- Post A level qualification or degree in marketing or a related field.
