**Job Summary**
The University of Winchester is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Main Reception team as a Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the team in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Support the team in maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including students, staff, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve front desk operations and customer service.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and files.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
